Week 6

Hey guys, how are you all?
Good?, Glad to hear it.

So after doing a lot of research Ive found that normal bulking wont work for my body type because Im a former fat boy and that means Im very prone to storing body fat, as my 5 weeks of clean bulking clearly show.


So im cutting down and starting again only this time im going to stay only about 300 kcals about mentinance instead of about 2000 lol.

So its been a full week since I started my cut and im feeling a little better about myself. I still look like utter shit but I know it will be about 8 weeks or so until I look like myself again.

After weighting myself this morning im down to 159 from 168, so thats almost 10 pounds in a week, Now I know a lot of that is from water weight and my glycogen stores depleting but still its a tad scary since I only want to lose a pound a week.



Well we will see how it goes after another week and ill fiddle with my Kcals to get it right.,
