Week 4

So its week 4 of my "clean bulk".

Yeah, yeah I know most of you are going to piss and moan that I really should have started this blog at day one, well all I can say is what the fuck do you want from me?

I only found out about this whole blog thing today from Dave Tate, so I decided fuck it, I feel like shit lets get some accountableness going like a mo fo.

So Its Monday and day one of my clean bulk, tbh with you It hasn't been a great bulk. When I got off my cut I was in Keto so I went on a major carb binge and put on quite some lard but last night I had one of those "moments" and realized id better fix my bulk or become a fat bastard all over again.

So Ive reset my goals(Gain 0.5 to 1 pound a week) while trying to stay at about 12% body fat. Broke out the camera and am going to get the weekly pictures going, like Dave says "I dont give a shit if your calipers says your only 6% bf, you still look like a fat fuck!"

And lets be honest no one wants to look like a fat shit, even if we are trying to pack on some serious mass "No lights tonight honey, im bulking :/". Yeah I dont think so, I still want to be semi appealing to the ladies.

So im going to be making weekly entrys from now on with my thoughts on how the week went, my diet, my training, pictures and some other random shit that Ive been mulling over in the place I call a head.

That being said Ill leave you with a passing thought of mine. Ever seen the tv show WorkIt? No? Yes?, well for fucks sake dont go near that program for fear of your eyes melting out of their sockets from the shit your witnessing.

Seriously guys, When it gets to a stage where theirs a smoking hot chick bouncing around like a play bunny and the only thing I want to do to her is tear my own dick off and ram it down her throat to shut the slut up we have problems.
