My Diet

Ok so I decided Id do my training and diet in separate posts, lets some of the retards out there confuse which is which and next thing you know im getting sued because some fuck nugget thought he could eat a Dumbbell(stranger shit has happened).

Ok so anyway I wont bore you with all the cutting I did back in the summer, ill save all that heart breaking stuff for when im actually cutting up again, sound fair? No? Well to bad asshole.

So I worked out my Kcals a day based on my weight, height, LBM and BF % and the grand total comes to about 2,700 Kcals a day to maintain my weight.

What im trying to do is a version of Tom Venutos calorie staggering, in which I have three high days i.e. 15% over matinance followed by three low days i.e. 5% below matinance.

My high days are working out at about 3,150 kcals and my low days are working out at about 2,600 kcals.

No as for my macros, lets get one thing clear here people I have a little Endo in me. Im a firm beliver of listening to your body and my body tells me if I go over board on the carbs ill suffer for it, fucking genetics huh.

Well anyway my macros break down to Protein : 40% Carbohydrates: 35% and Fat 25%.

To be honest with you guys my diet isnt great, I mean sure I sick to all the body building fair. I eat eggs, steak, oats, Yams, brown rice etc but little things are always fucking my diet in the ass.

Take tonight for example, I got home from a really hard day and even though I had consumed the bulk of my calories already(I try to taper off my calories before bed) I managed to come in and eat two fucking bags of vegtables, that two fucking KGs and im still hungry ffs.

Anyway Ill update you guys as I go in my diet but the bottom line is, I know what I have to do and I know that excessive eating will just make me fat but I have such a fucking weakness for vegtables and steak that im always blwoing my fucking limits.

Oh yeah that and fucking fruit, on Sunday I ate and I shit you not 9 bananas ! And the only reason I didnt eat 10 was because we didnt have any more.

Im going to get my fat ass back on track so I can start packing on the muscle and not the lard.
