Cutting Week 3
Twas the day after Xmas and lone behold David has put on about 10 pounds :)
Im not too worryed about my weigh in this morning, id been making good progress and I knew the dreaded Xmas binge was coming.
I did though stick to only meat and vegtables, no potatos or desserts so im happy about that. I did how ever have a slight down fall with the cranberry sauce, completely covered my turkey in it.
As time goes on though im learning that food selection isnt my problem.
Some people gravitate towards pizza, beer, choclate and soft drinks but I dont even blink twice at those foods anymore. I dont eat bread, pasta or even drink milk but I still struggle with my weight and now I know why.
My portions, yeah sure I gravitate towards fruit, lean meats and vegtables but I can eat more calories from those items in one sitting that most could in a day.
Take fruit for example, have you ever met anyone that could eat 24 apples in half an hour? Well you have now:)
Or how 2 KG of raw carrots in one sitting, yup me again. Or my personale favorite, how about an entire fucking turkey for dinner and I shit you not. 1.4 KG and i ate everything including some of the bones and the best part was I was still hungry after:P
Go fucking figure huh?
Ah well, we all struggle and this is mine simply portion control. Anyway im on day 4 of my 21 day chalange to not eat unless its one of my 5 meal times as snacking on fruits and meats was what was doing most of the damage.
So lets recover from Xmas and keep it real. Here are the Pics as promised:)
